A Credit Card is required to book your first visit for hair and laser appointments.
If you wish to cancel/reschedule your reservation, by cancelling/rescheduling within 24 hours from your visit, no fees will be charged. No shows and rescheduling/cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours from your scheduled visit, may incur in charges of 50% +tax of your original appointment cost.
In order to better serve you, please always confirm your appointment at least 24 hours before your visit, by simply clicking on the GREEN Button in the Email sent 72 hours before your appointment (only if booked at least 72 hours prior to your visit), by calling 416-941-9915 or by email.
